The interested phenomenon was found by me in June 2006. Every day during the first two weeks of the month, EUR/USD
has a local minimum very close the moment when Mars conjuncts with Ascendant of New York city where the heart of US
economy - New York Stock Exchange located.

A today's day of June 15 is not an exception from the rule. Yes, I consider it as a rule that might have a practical value.
