I have it loaded but get an error that my version 4.0.0.438 is not compatable with 4.0.0.432. What do I do?

It's just for informational purpose.
New MT4 versions appear quite often and usually user may ignore the message and/or turn it off by running AEMT4CFG.EXE configuration utility and unchecking box Check Metatrader version on System tab.

At the same time in case you have problems with indicator there may be a compatibility issue and this is why the message is on by default.
