My browser doesn't save the data I've input

Most probably the cookies in your browser are disabled or privacy setting are too high. You may change them in settings as shown below.

I am confused with birth data input screen. Could you input the data for me?

We cannot input the data for you because it's technically impossible, but you may leave the data "as is" before purchase. Select a report you wish to buy and go through the purchase process. Then send a message with the actual birth data to Support Service. Shortly after that you will receive a link to your personalized report.

I don't want to change my browser settings. What should I do?

Select the second option, i.e. Manual Processing while placing your order at payment screen.

Obtaining the purchased report/calendar/software

I've purchased the fertility calendar. Where it is?

Immediately after the successfull CC authorization you will be redirected to the sale final screen which contains the link to report/calendar/software purchased. The same link sent to your e-mail box. If you missed the link on final sale page and don't see the receipt and/or report in your mail box, check your junk mail. May be your mail program put them to there. If you still cannot locate the report, send a message to the Support Service.

.Another reason is an unfinished order. After the CC authorization you'll see the 2CheckOut.com screen with the order details. There are 2 controls there which start generating the electronic goods (report/calendar/software) and sending them to you.



If you didn't press the «Finalize Your Order» button and didn't click the «Click Here» link, vendor doesn't know about your order. In this case you have to send the necessary data to Support Service and wait while your order will be handled manually.
