    Yahoo Finance

Since version 9 AE Financial is able to display Yahoo Finance data.
The feature addressed to those users who trade rare instrument unavailable in Metatrader 4.
Yahoo offers only end-of-day historical data, therefore no live mode or other time frames are available in this mode.

Does my AE Financial supports Yahoo Finance data?

Look at the program main window tool bar.
If you see financial data source selector drop-down list with Metatrader 4 and Yahoo Finance items, you version supports the feature.

If the control is grayed out and disabled, check AE Financial\FIN folder. It must contain at least one *.csv data file.

In this case you have to go to Yahoo Finance website, search for the instrument(s) you are interested in and download historical data into AE Financial\FIN folder

    Jakarta Composite Index

How to add datafeed like JCI (Jakarta Composite Index) or other stock?
You may add a Jakarta Composite Index and any other financial instrument listed in Yahoo Finance as described in the above message.
Go to Yahoo Finance, search for a stock, save historical data as CSV, restart AE Financial and select that in the instruments list.

If the stock is provided with Metatrader 4 broker you use, just select MT4 as data source and pick up a stock in the drop-down instruments list.
If you are not familiar with Metatrader 4, consider these topics:

    Installing and configuring Metatrader 4
"Internal" Metatrader. How to start using that
