Am hoping in time...you are able to support some other data feeds/platforms other than MT.

Metatrader has been selected because it's free and most popular among general, non-professional trading public.
In the past AE Financial could work with Metastock data but then the feature been removed that because of changed format and lack of demand.

however if i can somehow see either S&P or CL data will be great. If not...atleast USDJPY.

AE Trader uses MT4 data and among those provided by GCI are S&P 500, Crude oil and USD/JPY.

How to change a time zone for retrograde planets periods?

Go to Prefs-> Table reports-> Retrograde periods-> Time zone

when i hit Moon transits. It default to Obamas chart. Can i get it to default to NYSE

Yes, but you have to select a NYSE natal chart as current.
You may do this in Wheel mode
