What to do next?, can't figure out what to do after I enter the data Options

I'm trying to purchase the fertility report and can't figure out what to do after I enter the data. Please help.

When you have finished with data input, they are stored on your local PC as cookies and may be used any time thereafter.
There are several entry points to place order on our website:

Main menu (blue bar with buttons at top of the page):

1. Click Fertility
2. Select Buy Calendar in drop-down menu
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can select 3, 6 or 12 month calendar to purchase

Astrological Natural Fertility and Gender Selection methods plug-in on any website page:

1. Click Buy button
2. Look Step 3 above

If you are in Preferences (data edit) screen, click Save and Exit button to be directed to the main page where you can select Fertility and so on, or click Save and select Fertility on Preferences screen.
