Birth data entry problem, What to do in case you are unable to input your birth data

  • I can't seem to put my birth info into your web site.
  • I am not able to fill in my Country details etc correctly.
You may select a 'Manual order processing' option on the payment screen and then send birth data via Contact form.
In this case you order will be processed manually within 24 hours.

K, so I have been having difficulty on your website, trying to input my data, for the fertility demo calendar...
my birth details are as follows, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Thank You, hopefully some one can log in the birth data for me, because your site is not allowing me to do so.

Actually, demo calendar doesn't require any data and you may see how it works even with default data.
Customer data are stored on customer side as web browser cookies and we or somebody else besides you have no access to those.
If you decide to buy the fertility calendar you may select a manual processing option as mentioned in above message
