Duplicate or erroneous orders, how to avoid them

I placed an order, and was charged a processing fee. Somehow 2 items ended up in my cart, and a refund is on the way for the duplicate charge. In the meantime can you please explain the processing fee?

Processing fee is the money 2Checkout charges for credit card or other payment source authorization. It is a part of order price and we receive your payment minus processing fee.

Every time you click a payment button, one product item is added to your shopping cart.
When you are finishing the order your credit card or payment source, e.g. PayPal account, is charged for the number of items in a cart and processing fee applies to every item purchased.

  1. Check your cart thoroughly and remove duplicates before finishing order
  2. Don't click a final pay button twice.


2CO has a strict policy and doesn't return a processing fee in any case, so we are unable to refund a whole price of duplicate order or an order placed by mistake.
Also, every refund results in more money 2CO reserves (holds) from every purchase and spoils a vendor reputation because 2CO considers refunds as a sign of bad service,
so use the AstroElite service in responsible manner, please.
