    Adding exclusion

If changing a default installation folder didn't help, you may add a folder where AstroElite program will be installed to exclusion list.
First, go to Avast settings and change them to mark a "sandboxed" application with a tab or as in example below, with a thick red line frame.

    1) Create C:\AElite folder and move/copy aelite_setup_trd.exe to there.

    2) Then run C:\AElite\aelite_setup_trd.exe and see if it is sandboxed.

    3) A red frame tells us that setup is sandboxed and will crash with the screen you are already familiar with.

    4) Now, let's again go to Avast Settings-> General-> Exclusions and browse to C:\AElite or manually type in C:\AElite\*. Confirm with OK button.

    5) Now run a setup C:\AElite\aelite_setup_trd.exe and see the window appears without red frame that means not sand boxed application. Click Accept.

    6) Check, that installation path is C:\AElite.

    7) Finally, the program starts with this beautiful screen

You cannot get control over Avast Internet Security settings or uninstall that

In this case AvastClear utility made by Avast may help.
