The table is not right. The Ephemeris Swiss does not match yours. Look at Uranus today it is suppose to 24.35 and you show 24.54 I have tropical as setting.

Current version 6.29 posted at Google Play now, shows Uranus exactly at 24°35' Jan 8, 2018, not 24°54'.

Check if Decimal degrees is unchecked in your app Settings.
